I think next to which all be get into dvb-s2 is 11670

I think it's a choice between 11550, 11590, 11630 & 11670 for next conversion to DVBS2. All currently have similar number of mpeg4 channels.

But wonder why new channels are not being added. They have sufficient space to add quite a few channels at this stage.

What do you mean by "signal is weak"?

May be some problem with dish alignment with his dish. That is why he is getting weak signal.
