I have been told by CC that i am currently on 299 pack and will remain till my next due date that is on 6th march after that i will be automatically shifted to 349 plan.
Maybe then i will get to watch Star Sports 4k on channel number 2310.

I am sure on this buddy and not replying back without confirming the same. I know about this hence told u the same
As per my understanding about Coaxial cables, primarily only Velocity factor, Frequency and cable length determine the transmission delay. In a multi connection, frequency and velocity factor will not change much as both coaxial cable is of same spec and use same LNB. So I see only cable length as the main factor determining delay. Correct me if I am wrong by adding reliable source from where I can learn more.

Not at all anna. Actually if production of the feed is happening at 60 Hz refresh rate then if u try to convert the same to 50 Hz it will make video streaming to happen very minutely faster as u would notice with certain US based TV shows which when aired on English GEC channels would look to be playing little faster as compared to when u watch it on OTT as again these r produced at 60 Hz which officially adopted standard for NTSC format applicable in US as compared to India where 50 Hz is adopted standard and all transmission for TV Channels is done in PAL format.

Now coming to IPL it will certainly have dual support of both 50 as well as 60 Hz from source end / venue and Jio is opting for 50 Hz as when viewed on TV sets available in India which mostly support 50 Hz format there would be some juddering effect noticed while streaming a 60 Hz video content while on TV Sets / Mobile / Other Smart Devices which support 60 Hz motion play would be smooth. So to provide seamless viewing experience to all viewers on Jio Cinema whether they stream IPL on any device Jio Cinema has opted for 50 Hz format as not only those having TV sets supporting just 50 Hz refresh rate get benefited but as 60 Hz TV sets / devices support 50 Hz format too hence there too motion play would remain smooth
IPL auction delayed live airing 20 to 30 sec on Jio cinema compared with broadcaster. but now they're announced 50 fps looks good and smooth, isn't now slow motion can push live airing to 2 minutes delay on streaming platform ?

I know it's getting off topic from what exactly this thread is about but still HOTSTAR is also Streaming ongoing India Vs Australia Test series 30-40 seconds late as compared to LiveTV (noticed on Star Sports 1 Hindi from ADTV).
30 40 secs is huge delay to digest live content ! i have ADTH with 4k setup box! i seriously want 4k cricket after me buying LG C2 65inch! Ind vs Australia ADTH 1080p(50fps)? was bad. Hotstar was decent i have 200Mbps speed connection and app fetching at 4Mbps but 1080p(1920x1080) 60fps(i guess) only, no option for even 2k or 4k.
