I have the exact same pack it seems, same burn rate, same monthly rental, the only difference is I have 13 HD channels (Migration date 3rd November, 2014). So can I call CC and ask to give me 19 HD channels? And would that come under same rate too?

What's their CC number now? Seems like I have forgotten everything.
