This was a much needed revamp for Star Suvarna Plus in terms of graphics. The channel was left untouched since the 2016 rebrand and now, at least the graphics is being changed.

Good move of revamping Star Suvarna Plus..

1. They must concentrate on properly scheduling the movies instead of repeating frequently..
2. Social Media activeness.
3. Remastering all movies to HD resolution.

Star Suvarna should also telecast many old movies of big stars (2000 to 2015). Currently those are in SD resolution and gets telecasted only in Suvarna Plus or sometime in Star Suvarna SD.

HD channel always airs pure HD movies frequent movies like barjari, barate etc. They should remaster and telecast in HD also, to engage fan base viewers.

ABOUT TIME!!! Star Suvarna rebranded twice since 2016 but Star Suvarna Plus never did. Hope it considers launching an HD feed since all other Disney Star regional movie channels have one, most recently Vijay Super HD and Asianet Movies HD. Kannada HD movie channels are very rare since there is only Zee Picchar HD and it’s not on any DTH.

Personally hope Jalsha Movies rebrands as well since it hasn’t changed even once ever since it launched nearly 11 years ago!

Should also concentrate on Pravah Picture, and make it pure movie channel rather than telecasting of old serials. Also proper movie line up with more old, new and dubbed mixture. Mass availability of HD feed on all dth platforms, currently available only on some cable MSOs and Sun Direct and Dish tv.

Obviously you’re an expert on Marathi channels, but Pravah Picture is barely a year old and we’re talking about graphics packages here. It has a pretty great graphics package but Zee Talkies is atrocious. It’s one of the worst of any Zee channel out there. In contrast, Jalsha Movies hasn’t aged too badly even after 11 years, but a rebrand would be nice.

But if they want to compete with Zee Talkies a only premium marathi movie channel then they have to do it. And at least in initial days they have to focused as movie channel because they launched with tagline Chala Picture la Javuya (Trans: Let's go for movie). And also advertising like Blockbuster Chitrpatanchi Navi Kori Vahini (New Channel of Blockbuster Movies). And now people will feeling that Chala Picture la Javuya ani Serial Pahuya (Let's go for movie & watch serials) i think they should change promo like Junya Puranya Serials chi Navi Kori Vahini ( Trans: New Channel of Old Serials)..

Zee Talkies also taken for granted by Zee. Still no any revamp or brand refresh no any new graphics stopped all previous graphics. Repeatedly showing Kirtan Programme and some 5 to 6 movies continuously. But somehow now they are trying channel active by bringing Dada Kondke's Silver Jubilee Hit movies with Remastered HD version.

Atleast Star Should maintain Suvarna Plus as pure and premium Kannada Movie Channel.
