call cc they will come to ur home and repair it. but no chance to replace . my stb having some proble but working fine. i complined via fb page and they called me from head office, then from nearest office he said they repair it. but less chance to replace

yes they are saying new stb is not replacable and u can buy new connection given stb only at Rs.1300 plus 3 months subscription
