Today I asked for satellite migration from st2 to ses8 but technician said that need to replace my 2255 IR stb with new hd box.
So I requested for stb upgrade and satellite migration technician brought 1 new hd 5580 stb replaced it for my old one. After that he changed the antenna direction to ses8 but the office person reactivated my connection to st2 itself.
Now he is telling me to wait for 1 month because there is a lock-in period for st2 to ses8.
and they charged 699 for stb and still I am completely disappointed because of this inconvenience.
