sun direct e108-4 error

today my old sun direct hd box activate it...
but it shows e108-4 service is currently scrambled...
how i slove this problem..or how to refresh my account????

No more refresh for Sun DTH cards in Dream box and 3rd party receivers. Also don't try to call customer care otherwise they will ask U to tell ur home address 1st as they are intended to met U 1st and then they will fix ur card. Hope U are intelligent and get the point which i want to tell U

1)when we shipt antenna one place to another place....
2)if 2 months not used sun direct accounts situation
above situations we get e108 - 4 error
slove this problem using sun direct customer care....

e108 not no signal problem....it is Scrambled service problem...

Are u try to Refresh Your Account By call Customer Care....?

There is no need of refresh on 108E Error just put the card in original Sun DTH box and it will be ok after 20 minutes

i call to cc...when he says turnon your stb select 102 channel and wait 2 hours....
but after 15min i get the picture...
