This is Harichandran from Vadodara, Gujarat.
I have been using sun direct connection Past 8 years in vadodara. I am having two sun direct connections at my home.
Smart Card / CDSN no: xxxxxxxxxxxx
Registered Mobile Number: xxxxxxxxxx
STB box Model: HS8103
Above mentioned connection was working fine upto 22-11-2020. Before that i am using HD Tamil DPO A1 Package & Tamil DPO 1 Package. Both Package channels were coming fine, No issues at all.
On 22-11-2020 I am changed to FTA pack, then some of the channels are not coming and showing in DVB Des Service, Global Service status showing error: 16-4 No Permission to view this channel.
Below FTA / NCF Channels are not coming...

Below listed Exercises are we did, but are not able to resolve this issue.
1) I am called to customer care, they did the refresh 3 times, Not resolved.
2) CC tried to activate these channels,
3) CC was changed to NCF pack, Not resolved.
4) I tried in My Sun direct App, Select the FTA channels, Not Resolved.
5) I am tried in Sun Direct web site

6) I am tried to register complaints in
Sun Direct DTH Customer Care & Chat Support =>

But its not registering complaints and showing error
"Failed: Type/Symptom does not exist in siebel"
So, Today morning I called to 044 – 44676767 Nodal Chennai and explained this issue.
further I am writing this mail to You, for troubleshooting this issue.
This issue was not only for Me, other customers also facing this same issue. I am part of the Dreamdth community and we were discussing this issue under SunDTH forums.
