Small update keep on channel number 36 and refresh

Refresh done. but issue remains same.

As per NCF Pack below channels are not coming and showing in DVB Des Service,
Global Service status showing error: 16-4 No Permission to view this channel.

Below FTA Channels are not coming...

I am tried to register complaints in Sun Direct DTH Customer Care & Chat Support => Complaint Management System
But its not registering complaints and showing error
"Failed: Type/Symptom does not exist in siebel"
 
Refresh done. but issue remains same.

As per NCF Pack below channels are not coming and showing in DVB Des Service,
Global Service status showing error: 16-4 No Permission to view this channel.

I am tried to register complaints in Sun Direct DTH Customer Care & Chat Support => Complaint Management System
But its not registering complaints and showing error
"Failed: Type/Symptom does not exist in siebel"
.
I guess the only option you have left is to call your state's Nodal Office and ask them to resolve it. If you are unable to reach them, you can call Sun Direct's main nodal office (Chennai) and speak with them in English.

Today morning I am called to nodal Office Chennai 044 – 44676767 and explained this issue detail. They will come back.

Also I am write mail to [email protected] & [email protected] as below

Dear Nodal Officer,
This is Harichandran from Vadodara, Gujarat.
I have been using sun direct connection Past 8 years in vadodara. I am having two sun direct connections at my home.

Smart Card / CDSN no: xxxxxxxxxxxx
Registered Mobile Number: xxxxxxxxxx
STB box Model: HS8103

Above mentioned connection was working fine upto 22-11-2020. Before that i am using HD Tamil DPO A1 Package & Tamil DPO 1 Package. Both Package channels were coming fine, No issues at all.

On 22-11-2020 I am changed to FTA pack, then some of the channels are not coming and showing in DVB Des Service, Global Service status showing error: 16-4 No Permission to view this channel.

Below FTA / NCF Channels are not coming...

Below listed Exercises are we did, but are not able to resolve this issue.
1) I am called to customer care, they did the refresh 3 times, Not resolved.
2) CC tried to activate these channels,
3) CC was changed to NCF pack, Not resolved.
4) I tried in My Sun direct App, Select the FTA channels, Not Resolved.
5) I am tried in Sun Direct web site Sun Direct DTH Customer Care & Chat Support

This issue was not only for Me, other customers also facing this same issue. I am part of the Dreamdth community and we were discussing this issue under SunDTH forums.

@Kannadiga bro,

I am using New STB HS8103 model only.

Before changing the NCF or FTA Pack, those channels are coming.
But, 2 weeks before I was changed to FTA pack then this issue was come.
@Kannadiga same problem for ma also. Before changing pack, no issues. After changing this problem. Refresh also done from customer care side multiple times. almost 8 days gone, but still not resolved. Technician who visited also cannot able to solve this
 
@Kannadiga @harichandrana I changed to fta pack from dpo hd1 tamil. Same problem I also faced. Refresh from customer care and also from website done without any improvement. I tried to add on some more add on channels. but amount deducted, that channels were not received in my box. I deleted some addons, it got deactivated soon

Error 16-4? If this error then call or chat customer care and say the error code they will solve the problem.

Bro why you use Tamil Pack? Because in Tamil pack you will not get all the Gujarati channels
