Bro's please share how much signal strength and signal quality are you getting.
My box getting most of channels
signal strength 94 to 97
Signal quality 68 to 78
 
channels aired throgh G-sat is now completely moved to measat 3b. So those channels Airing through Sundiret own TP. in this case, is these channels directly airing from mea sat or taking signals from G-Satand airing mea sat? if so we can get signal in high preority.. But my dish is in 91.5 and getting all Signals of mea sat but from G - sat signal not.If the signal directly airing from mea sat-then all SD signal may be ok. but I am not. No GSatSignal getting..
 
I was not getting some channels,
So i did factory reset, now nothing is coming
Getting E50-32 no signal available.
No channels are available whatever lcn i press, it comes to 000
Anyone know any solutions?

Bro did you have signal, during factory reset? If not then this will happen. I think you are facing signal issue in home to ie 12316/H/30000.
 
Bro,Then you need to call technician visit as there is in first post.i think Dish alignment is needed.

Morning I have raised complaint through sun direct mobile app. Till now they have not called.
Such a pathetic customer service from them. Now i have to go for local service providers.
