Sun Direct not resolving the issue

My Sun Direct connection not working since a month now. Called customer care 18 times in last 12 days. Every time they raise a new complaint and after 2 days they close it without resolving. Please guide me on this.

Write to the nodal officer , explain on what has happened
You can ask them to compensate by extending the validity of the subscription plan equal to days there is service interruption.

I wrote email twice to the nodal officer explianing everything. They replied that the they will get back soon. Thats it.
