sun life added in tamil top up

some days back all southern channels removed from all base packs on adtv platform and recently added back as allsouth topup from south value sports onwords.generally we have two life time free topus for all base packs except south max.south max users have only pay topups so they are paying separate 25rs for tamil super topup.so rs150 for south max base pack nd 25rs for tamil super topup.
but all south top not included in south super value,south super value prime and south value packs.which means there is no sothern channels in these base packs.adtv not added any new channels for free for these packs.so cc executive not activate for free.if u r subscribed any above base pack u have to pay for this channel.
adtv recently added telugu channels also not available in these packs.

Those who are getting sinlife thay wont get zee tamil, puthu yugam, raj tv, vendhar, discovery tamil, and sri sankara tv . Pls check and confirm. Because iam not getting above mentioned channels.

Frnds I think u should have choose the topups as mentioned below...

South super value/south super value prime/south value users can have two lifetime free topups:
So kindly chose ur topups as:
1. All South Lifetime Topup
2. Tamil super life time free topup

(But by this method you will not get Sun group(except Tamil),Maa group, T News and B Tv News Kannada channels)
since most of them have opted for following topups:
1.Tamil lifetime Free Topup Dec-12
2.Tamil 2 FOC Provisioning Topup Nov-13

NOTE: I have not tested this method Since I am South value sports standard Sept-14 customer and already opted it for alacarte of 20 Rs.....
But I can confirm it tomorrow by testing it for my second connection (South Super Value)....

bro it is not avialable for south super value prime.it is avialable from rs 245 pack onwords.

I just changed my package to South value prime Gemini TV 23 HD Standard @410 per month. I was on South value sports Gemini 19 HD@400 per month. After this change, I lost my Telugu Super life time free top up and they have automatically added Telugu life time free top up Dec 12.

When I called cc, they are saying the Telugu super life time free top up isn't shown in the eligible top ups list. I lost all the new telugu channels now, which includes Maa Gold, Khushi TV and Gemini life. I'm following up with nodal officer now.
