First Impression about Gemini HD

The picture quality is great!!

But there is still there is horizontal stretching of picture similar to SD channels (typical 4:3 to 16:9 ratio stretching). That way not much difference between SD and HD channel.

Was expecting the upscaled content to be broadcasted in 16:9 aspect ratio. Hope they broadcast new movies in full HD.

Overall, first impression, not worth the Alacarte price of Rs. 50.

I was talking about only Gemini HD. Sun HD and Sun Music HD should be perfect as they are broadcasting only Full HD content.

Aspect ratio is perfect bro.. Only KTV is stretching movies from 4:3 into 16:9 format..

i am currently in south silver + hd globe add on = 350 rs i am spending

1 ) if i go for new south platinum hd mean then i dont want to put add on for sun HD ?

2) i dont see upgrade option for south gold hd , so that i can go like south gold hd + sun hd add on = 470 rs total
