When Udaya News & Gemini News will be shut down?
After one year (confirmation for the closure of both channels) till now both are running, but not showing any news. If they are not interested to shut down, then can easily change the channels name. Don't know what is rounding on their mind.

Do they change the name too like Sun plus, Sun super?
I think Sun is very late to launch a second Gec, since market leaders of most of all other languages had it. Zee yuva, Asianet plus, Colors super.As a channel with a huge market share than others Sun should think about it earlier.
But about gemini tv they are no.1 last year, now they are no.4.So that currently they should give priority to a comeback than launching a second gec.
