In week 27 (June 28 – July 4, 2015) of the Hindi GEC Universe according to TAM data saw Zee TV regain the No.3 spot as its ratings continued to rise this week, while Sony TV slipped to No.5 spot this week on the back of a decline in ratings.
According to TAM data week 27 HSM without LC1 markets CS 4+, Star Plus’ ratings declined to 232 GRPs this week from 248 GRPs in week 26. In terms of GVTs it declined to 375 million GVTs this week from 400 million GVTs last week.
Colors saw its ratings rise marginally to 206 GRPs in week 27 from 205 GPRs in week 26. In GVTs it increased similarly to 333 million GVTs this week from 331 million GVTs last week.
Zee TV regained the No.3 spot on the back of rise in its ratings to 174 GRPs from 161 GRPs in week 26. In terms of GVTs it rose to 282 million GVTs in week 27 from 261 million GVTs in week 26. The channel gained the maximum ratings among the top Hindi GEC channels this week.
Sab TV gained back the No.4 spot after it had declined to No.5. Its ratings this week saw an increase to 140 GRPs in week 27 from 235 GRPs in week 26. In GVTs it increased to 226 million GVTs from 218 million GVTs in week 26.
Sony TV fell to No.5 spot on a decline in its ratings this week. Its ratings drop to 140 GRPs this week from 166 GRPs in week 26. In terms of GVTs it declined to 226 million GVTs in week 27 from 268 million GVTs in week 26.
Life OK saw its ratings grow to 130 GRPs in week 27 from 125 GRPs in week 26. In terms of GVTs it declined to 209 million GVTs in week 27 from 202 million GVTs in week 26.
