Guys , Saw things are moving in favour of Tata Sky - they are moving towards successful acquisition of Airtel - if it was a merger - Tata Sky would never give free boxes and align dishes of more than 1 million reliance DTH subscribers - Tata Sky is getting very aggressive now - if it was a merger - Tata Sky would never expand the business till the merger closes - by the year end things will be clear
