On 12-Dec, we saw Airtel selling 20% stake to Warburg Pincus. It was reported on DDF too. Many thought that this news ends the speculation on airtel-TS merger. But cant really say. No news has been around after this.

Yes bro this selling is to invest the money into telecom business to compete with Jio and Airtel - Tata to come together for more or less the same reason,So this isn't over we may see further developments soon.
