DTH updates Tata Play app Manage Packs section New UI

I contacted TP customer care to drop my old pack & requested to activate new pack on my secondary box. Even after dropping the old pack... They were unable to activate new pack from their end! No access to manage pack section either (on both App & Website). Waiting for their back-end team's call. 🤷
Pathetic customer support. Even the back-end team couldn't activate any pack from their end! :wall:
