Please help tataplay binge box or Airtel xstream box ....which one best?

I am using Airtel xtreme and my parents use Tata Play Binge.
Pros for Airtel:

1. HD PQ slightly better. AQ is same.
2. Less intrusive logo.
3. Find UI better than Binge
4. Remote is slim.

Cons for Airtel:

1. 30 day lock-in period.
2. App is not smooth for changing packs.
3. No MTVBeats HD
4. Useless offer compared to Jingalala offers.
5. Fear of SD card or usb slot may get disabled by every update.
6. Costly and not value for money.

Pros for Tata Binge:

1. Jingalala offers. Hence the monthly recharge will be less.
2. App is responsive.
3. More regional channels compared to airtel (except news).
4. No lock-in period.
5. Exclusive services like Active Darshan.

Cons for Binge:

1. Elder people may not like transparent UI of Binge
2. Issues with mute button.
