Subscribed to 249 Plan. But while watching in Mobile it asking to upgrade either 349 or Subscribe 3 Months plan to see Sony Liv and Hostar in binge app.

Also let me know If Sony Liv, Zee5 can use in Apps or it's mandatory via Binge app.

Only Hotstar can be directly accessed from the apps. Rest all have to be accessed from the binge app.
Regarding accessing Sonyliv, you should be able to access those contents directly from the Binge app. If it's asking for a subscription, then do some basic troubleshooting steps like logging out and logging again, refreshing the account etc. If not working even after that, then raise a query with CC.

Guys as you know I changed to airtel connection 6 months ago, now my pack is going to be over soon and want to go back to tataplay so how to get free reinstallation of tataplay?

I didn't recharge my box with 1 year pack..waiting for new box to launch
Btw let's say I recharge with long duration pack, will I be able to transfer my subscription to the new box when launched?

If you will be replacing your old box due to some damage then I think it will be transferable. If new, then no.
However, I don`t think you should be extremely excited for the new box. It will be like old wine in new bottle. Don`t expect Roku/FTV like experience from it.

If you want new, then no. Unless you want to take fiber+dth plan.
Ask in your locality if somebody wants to discard their old box. You can recharge it and use it.
