Sdr mode: contrast 50, backlight: 80, color :50
HDR mode: contrast 75, backlight:95, color: 65

Other picture settings I used are
Hdmi: enhanced
Mode: HDR standard
Noise reduction: high
Digital noise reduction: medium
Color mode: native
Flesh tone; brightness= -5

Bro you can easily notice the difference between HDR and sdr mode picture quality for sd channels, just test in some channels like b4u music, once in sdr mode and then enable HDR mode, it is improving the picture clarity..in hd channels only color difference
These settings are different in various types of tv brands bro...

HDR gives you rich black, high contrast, sharp picture and good colour. In SDR mode display will be brighter only, and won't give above features. HDR mode is best to watch. Bright part will be brighter and rich black. This doesn't mean that display is dim

Best display settings is back light >brightness >contrast >sharpness >colour

While adjusting colour, see the skin tone of person's,it should look like natural . While adjusting sharpness see the letters or edges of objects. After adjusting brightness, the above and below black bars in display should be rich black. Adjust contrast and back light as per your requirement
