Tata Sky 4K vs HD

Need few clarifications in taking new connection.

I am planning to take Tata sky 4k connection.
1.Please confirm whether Tata sky 4k box will support 1080P ? (HD box will suport 1080i only)
2.Is there different Dish issued for 4k? or for both HD & 4K same set top box ? Why i am asking is - Currently no 4K content.So instead of spending 6400 for 4K,I can take HD connection now and once 4K content is avlble,i will just upgrade the STB only to 4K.
3.Will i get Super LNB now for any new connection whether its 4K or HD?
4.Ordering from amazon is same as good as Tata sky direct website ? Bcoz in amazon HD connection is just 999 whereas tatasky charges 1800.

I am not a TS user, I plan to buy in some months.

Answers to ur points:

1. TS 4K STB gives 4K output that's 2160p where as HD is 1080p. I will work on HDMI 2.0
2. No, Dish will be same. But I have seen new larger Dishes with HD logo printed on Dish.. If you can spend money now and later on also you can buy HD STB now and 4K STB once 4K services start. It all depends on you. Or you can buy 4K STB now itself.
3. No idea about this. TS users can assist you.
4. No idea abt Rs 999 offer, but there is one with Rs 490 + Rs 799 Delivery charges. Pls check properly before you buy. Rs 1299 offer is also there.

No channel is available in 1080p on any DTH in India. HD means 720p.

At the moment no 4K channel is available in Tata Sky so don't waste ur money for now

There are no 1080P channels, all are 1080i. This is true all over the world.
Not just HD, all channels use i not p.

It would not be wise to pour money on 4K at this stage, as most of the current contents are in SD not even HD.
