till now ADTV giving required channels in 100 Rs.
base pack 99 Rs & 2 free top ups

That is because of error in there website. Actually for one regional pack +my 99 pack.cost rs 160+
Brother I am tata sky user and middle class my budget is 350 and all sports channels in HD is my priority..any pack is available for me in this budget

we cant say it as an error ,how can they keep many free packs for so many days if its just error.
Fact is Fact, For your question it is the answer, It is available till today,even After changes in Website.
only missing after Feb1st

You will get all sony sports hd channels in happy india sports (B) broadcaster pack for rs 69 including tax. And i am sure.you will get all those channels under rs 350 including ncf
