It should not happen either. The system used by Sun Direct (HD channels from 800) is a very confusing system with little coherence. 800 to 869 has too much space with very few channels while 870 to 899 is crammed with Hindi, Marathi and Bangla channels.

Having HD channels next to the corresponding SD channel is better.

In the new regime, this is not true. Nobody subscribes to both HD and SD variants of the same channel. So it might be better to separate HD channels and place them together.
