No bro... See the position of logo. Tata sky has slightly closer than jio tv... Which means some left side portion is cropping... also you can see text below zee logo for comparison...

Yes dude... Due to this, sometime we notice our picture gets cropped.
Like whenever on Star sports Hindi HD, Star Plus HD and Star Bharat HD you will see will be back in timer its gets cropped. See same back in timer perfectly placed on jio tv or Videocon. This problem sometimes noticed on SD channels as well.

its more of a tv problem than provider problem. My old panansonic plasma gives problem with few connections this way.

No.. with default settings it should work, other dth working fine with the same tv setting.
Its 1080i issue.
