Tata Sky+ HD software updated today

Manually updating set top box will never harm. I have been doing it since long time.

"Dolby digital+" option in audio output via hdmi is new. In past only "Dolby digital" option was available.

That is what i meant in #19.. So its newly added with v125 :k

Yes I have found one change in latest software update in sound option they have added dolby digital+ option too for audio output in hdmi mode check here

Good find, it was not available earlier.

But I was getting that option in the previous versions too

Dolby digital plus sound setting available in Tata sky

Guys..now in user setting _sound setting option available for dolby digital plus,along with earlier pcm and Dolby digital sound optins. Hd plus DVR.

It has become a dlna sever too. You can see 3 folders in there.

i found one change.
Before updated software i hv many recoreded content which automatically recorded and can't be deleted.
after update software to 125 it delete alll unwanted content.

I was also able to delete the recordings that were stuck. It's all clear

TataSky definitely has something planned. I am able to browse the DLNA library on BubbleUPNP on my Nexus 6.
I tried playing some stuff, but it wouldn't play. Will try on my laptop running Windows 8 in the evening.
