U have to name the owner of the brand, not the brand itself.

Sky is a brand, The stake that was with 21CF in Tata Sky was bought by Disney, as a result they have named them there.

I don't why they are removing service charges... It may tamper quality service the service engineer may became Carless... I faced this situation in airtel.. I. The case of airtel black scheme where the visiting charges are free.. The engineer behavior is bad... And the airtel engineer asks for tips which is fixed... In that case I gave airtel 50 rupee as tip but he asks for 150.. I asked local disturbtor what is this he simply said we can't do anything sir.. The engineers need a fixed amount so they are asking 150 as fixed tip for black customers..

Why do you feel that if Airtel provides bad service for Black then TS will also while it's is free? It's like saying the same that if Amazon and Flipkart provide free delivery to their prime and plus customers they will not deliver the package.

TS is known for its service and I am 100% sure they will continue to provide that.

Same issue happening with me bro… Im using airtel black plan and wants to relocate my airtel dish but engineer always cancelling my service request. Total 3 SR cancelled til now with fake reasons.

oh,, i didnt face such hate. but when i requested for SUPER LNB, they engineer/distributor/reagional head shows some sad face even after i agreed to pay amount discussed with customer serve.

and thankfully i sold off airtel xstrem box within 6 months and back to binge+ box with zero loss in money.

just waiting for selling off UNICABLE SUPER LNB lying unsed.

but if you compare local cable/broadband//other service provider generally wont charge suchservice fee. and i think TP not TS, may increse some material charges to recover service fee. if you observe most service visit are require some kind of material, so it make sense to make service fee as zero.

Exactly my problem as well. If they could do an exchange offer taking my Airtel, then I can happily go for Tata Play Binge box.
