Please do not wait for TATA SKY representative to call you for STBs replacement after replying them on SMS “Y” to 56633. It is not going to work for you.
As I have also replied the same way on SMS on 13th Sep, but nothing happened. On 26 Sep, I made a complaint in this regard at their helpdesk and they informed that there is no previous request with them in this regard.
They gave a new reference number and within 05 minutes a field representative called me about the replacement of the STBs.
So, please call, chat or mail to their helpdesk for your STBs replacement.
