Tata Sky Used Inverto Lnbf for Multi Conection

Will tata sky provide it for every multi connection subscriber? Because I have multi connection too but they just attached the new connection wire with old one by cutting it and then taping it

First time I am hearing this. They are not supposed to do that. You should notify CC about this if they have done it recently and get proper multi outlet LNB at no extra cost.

why you accepted that cutting bro, force them to do proper installation.

I recently upgraded to TS :HD +
So as we need two tuners for it, the technician recommend splitting the wires & making it into 2 because it takes less time
But I told him to use a Multi LNB

I have heard that splitting the wires into 2 will reduce your signal
