Tatasky is too lazy to update regional languages.

tatasky customer care n its technical team is very worst n useless. I ask tatasky executive n its technical team for adding Kannada channels suvarna plus,public TV,j anashri news n samayanews from last two years but whenever I contacted CC they assure me that your query will b sent to technical team but till now there is no updation from tatasky. this shows the negligence for updating regional languages .. if any Hindi r English channels launched that should b added without any request from the customers. when compared to Videocon DTH tatasky services too worst.. Videocon DTH is very good in adding channels n services. they updated all the channels without any request from even single customer. so Videocon DTH very great excellent in services...
