Discussion Tatasky Network fee

I would like the seniors of the forum to clarify about the Network (NCF) charges in Tatasky.
I could not get a proper answer from the customer care also.

Why does the Network fee reduces to 107.36 when some of us use the option optimise pack..

That's because some Tata Sky Curated packs have discounted NCF so when you optimize you channel selection the system chooses such packs.

So does choosing one of the Lite packs reduces the final NCF ? In this case we won't be charged the standard NCF of 153 if we are within the limit of 200 channels..is the understanding correct?
