What is the correct lock-in period in TS after 1 Feb. Why is it allowing now to change only on 3rd day instead on 1st day midnight or on 2nd day?

it's same as before. ignore msg saying "check on day after tomorrow". If u added today then after 12 midnight u can remove. rest assured i have done so today itself.

Calculate manually ur subscribed channels.
1 HD channel is equal to 2 SD channel.
Exclude channels of FTA promo pack (193 channels). For details of this pack see PDF available on website under consumer corner.
Up to 100 channel count ncf is 153 inclusive of GST. After that every 25 channel slab costs 20 RS plus 18% GST
