Super LNB doesn't improve pic quality. It's for receiving better signal.

Wrong. We can not use Super LNB in other DTHs. I have tried it on FTA STB but it doesn't support Unicable LNBs so it failed to track all TPs of Gsat 15.
DTH operator who have added Unicable LNB support is only Tata Sky as of now.

To connect the Super LNB to 3 Tata SKY HD receivers, what kind of splitter do i need? Will this work?
Is it enough to change the LNB type to SuperLNB like below or do you need to set some frequency as well?
There is an additional option of setting SatCR which seems to support frequency. Should this be selected for Super LNB?

SatCR was a splitter type device used in past by Tata Sky for old model Tata Sky+ HD STBs which needed to be connected by 2 different wires. Now that is discontinued so it is only for legacy Tata Sky DVR boxes. Super LNB, even if connected by splitter need to be selected as Super LNB as the input source.
