Just tell them that you receive a msg about migration and you send replay as y but no call from ts side. Ask cc to take request under mpeg4 migration tag

So far they have moved 10 channels but didn't add even a single channel SD/HD

I guess their main agenda is to move all tamil and kerala channels before August and on or before september they should have swapped all the STBs of the customers who are using tamil or malayalam as their regional...by Sep end we could expect few channels...
