I am from Pune.
I got a call from TS and they requested to change the stb.

i am from ODISHA and my stb is also replaced day before yesterday.In odisha stb replacement also started .so tata sky started stb replacement all over India...

Just called 18001806633 requsting mpeg4 stb. cc charges rs. 500 to install it bcause free upgrade mpeg4 offer is nt available for me. i refused.

Also i mentioned that my stb does not support ne tv, in spite of this prob They told that free exchange is nt available for me@my id now. i have to wait or pay 500. very bad.
