I think his ref is this SES AND EBU BROADCAST 2014 FIFA WORLD CUP IN ULTRA HD - SES.com

but I am not sure whether SES 8 or not .:-/

but its a basic c band feed in nss6 and ses7 to the big screens of wc venues in Brazil.TS downlinked this feed and broadcasted with an unknown satellite.it may not be ses8 i think

it is not ABS it will be asiasat 8 ( because they have mention in the mail it is 2.7 degree from another sat) (india beam) ses 7 is 2.7 degree from asiasat 8

high chances of ABS2. fta Indian channels started in 2tps of ABS2
