I think bro they are only allowed to use this satellite from 1st of march.may be contract with asiasat starts from march 1st onwards.no moving /shifting or testing upto 28th feb i think.

If they are moving to Asiasat-7/8 means any new satellite there should be a Testing of any TP before shifting channels.
