What are you saying?for your information ts sell their equpments .it didn't give them on rent.secondly I have airel hd recorder with me since last two years. Nobody came to clame it even after no recharge in couple of years

Practically It's Not Possible Bro!

Even I Didn't Use My Tata Sky HD Box For More Than 8 Months! They Didn't Do Anything!

I Have HD Connections Of Dish TV, D2H, Tata Sky, ADTV,

Currently D2H & Dish TruHD Only Active Rest Are Not In Use!

The clause regarding the STB being property of the DTH service provider is very much enforceable if they choose to enforce it.

I had a de-activated TS SD box for several years which they never bothered to recover. Eventually I could exchange it with the 4K box.

However I once had not recharged my Dish TV connection for just 6 months and they started calling and pestering me for recovery of the box. Eventually I recharged.

It is the subscriber agreement form which had your subscriber details including ID number and also your contact details. You must have signed and returned it to the installer, otherwise your service would not have been activated.
