tatasky customercare awalys tell the same..they dnt know what is happening in technical dept..

Even if we ask them a question, like the question is , ''are u really doing DTH business?'' ,then cc will say that, ''as of now we dnt have any information regarding the same, once we got, it will be informed to customers''. This is what they are..

I think all the channel are from GSAT 10 scan insat 3a it is showing no signal
expert please do it. from 8 p.m. test is going on
