I just checked today and my KAONMEDIA HD STB also have ready to play option and asking for pen drive 8gb to 64gb. I dont know when update has been done. This box have 2 USB ports.

Me too facing same :hd channels audio problem. This is software issue.

Mine is 106 and Audio is working fine.
