Review : Mosagallaku Mosagadu – Passable Crime Comedy

Starring :Sudheer Babu, Nandini Rai
Talented hero Sudheer Babu, is back after a long gap with a crime comedy Mosagallaku Mosagadu. Directed by Nellore Bose, this film has hit the screens today. Let’s see how it is.

Story:-
Krishh(Sudheer Babu) is a small time crook who cheats others for a living. One fine day, he is assigned a job of stealing a precious idol by Kaushik(Jaya Prakash Reddy) and his gang. Twist in the tale arises when Krishh cons every body and runs away with the idol.

This last minute twists causes a huge loss to Kaushik and his boss(Abhimanyu Singh) who are about to go in for a huge deal with the idols. Why did Krishh steal the idol, and What is the actual story behind all this chaos ? That forms the rest of the story.

Plus Points:-
Sudheer Babu looks stylish when compared to his previous flicks. His acting has improved a lot as the young hero carries the entire film on his shoulders. Yet another major highlight of the film is the comedy track between Jaya Prakash Reddy, Duvvasi Mohan and Fish Venkat. All these three save the film and manage to entertain the audience decently.
Heroine Nandini looks good and carries her role well. Climax of the film has been designed well. Saptagiri’s entry makes it more comical and ends the film on a happy note. Chandra Mohan is apt as the school teacher.
Abhimanyu Singh is ok as the bad guy and so is Praveen as Sudheer Babu’s friend. Second half of the film is decent when compared to the first as the actual story kicks off during the interval.

Review : 365 Days – Lacks Novelty

Starring :Nandu, Anaika Soti
Maverick director, RGV is back with ‘365 Days’ which is based on today’s fast paced relationships. Let’s see whether the film manages to impress or ends up as yet another dud from RGV.

Story:-
Apoorva(Nandu) is a young corporate employee who falls in love with Shreya(Anaika Soti). The couple get closer to each other and soon their love leads to a happy wedding. After a few days of their blissful marriage, the couple gets into a huge fight and misunderstandings start creeping in their relationship.
Things get so ugly that the couple do not believe in the concept of marriage any more. Rest of the story showcases as to what actually lead to those problems, and how do they end up solving them.

Plus Points:-
One of the biggest selling points of the film is the concept chosen by RGV. The audience will be keenly interested to know as to how RGV, who is always associated with hard hitting films has dealt with a family entertainer.
Posani Krishna Murali is pretty good in his role. He entertains the audience with his cameo and brings a lot of relief to the film. Nandu has done a honest job with his performance. The way he has portrayed varied emotions in his character is quite endearing to watch.
Anaika Soti oozes glamour and provides the necessary eye candy to the film. First half of the film is crisp and has some decent elements which will be liked by today’s youngsters.
