Honestly, success has changed him. Kapil does not have acting talent like Sunil, but he has a good timing in comedy i.e his brand of comedy which is mostly done through insulting guests/audience or saying double meaning dialogues. Unfortunately, Sunil's exit from CNWK did not affect the ratings of that show and his own show on Star Plus was a flop. Statements like "Tera show flop tha", "Tu Mera Naukar hai" is very demeaning and arrogant. (Read that in an article) Now this makes me believe Kapil's arrogance and tantrums could have been the reason Colors showed him the door and ended CNWK.

I wish Sunil all the best for his future ventures and I hope he comes up with his own show in Colors.

Sunil Grover will continue to get roles in movies. Moreover according to news reports, Chandan Prabhakar and Ali Asgar will also quit if Sunil Grover quits. And Kapil Sharma will be flop without them.
