Two familiar people in deal said discovery communication is likely to join their merge.
They also confirmed it with CNBC that the merge of 3 big network will start from mid June.
Also confirming they would continue their relationship with foreign share holders.

Earlier reliance had also tied up wid CBS and RTL, launching Big CBS Spark, Big RTL Thrill channels etc.

Good news can expect English movie channel and English primeium content shows by Viacom 18 in South Asia after Viacom CBS merge expected this Friday.

Paramount movies which is owned by national amusements has 50% share on Viacom Inc. and 50% on CBS Corp.
If this merge happens Viacom 18 will get more English film library.
Also CBS requires premium Indian sketch on OTT base as of significant population of Indians in US and UK so it will help them draw more audience. And help build billion dollars asset.
