TPs error

I don't know why but I'm facing signal loss issue on my SATELLITEBOX1011R from past 2 days. I got confused bcoz, on Monday morning when the problem starts there was no signal at all. Some channels appeared around 7am then some more(I checked as long as I can). Also TPs showing no signal b4 were now showing it. I called CC but they were out of reach which means they were doing something. But 2 days are passed now & still some TPs signal are absent...for others, signal comes for 2 seconds & then gone & again comes. & almost all channels are showing glitches: from CNBC to Tensports to PTC.
I can align dish myself but the main problem is of rotating the lnb to correct angle coz signal meter needle shows same strength no matter what's the angle of lnb. I visited satsig.net but my dish parameters doesn't match with its values.

Don't know whether these issues are from d2h side or from mine[CONFOUNDED FACE]. Pls. help!!

I checked now and no issues for me in any of the channel.

1 more thing I noticed is our D2H signal is 5-6 seconds delayed compared to cable dish...(as seen on colors channel). @Sadiq bro! is it ok?

it is normal...there will be a small delay in dth signals when compared with cable...

1/4 second delay is comon for satelite conunications.
and 3ms for equatorial orbits.

Here it's approx. 5 seconds. Also, ch-135(Best Deal TV) says signal not available...,but TP shows signal. Is it removed?? Pls. confirm..!!
