The flip side of a dragging NTO 2.0 case without any interim stay. Hard to launch new channels without pushing a new RIO as they can't package a new channel into existing bouquets.

Isn't there a loophole here? Just rebrand existing unwanted channel to a new one. What's stopping Star from rebranding UTV HD to Star Gold 2 HD and Star Plus to rebrand to Star Sports Super Select HD?

That might be doable but they would have to consider the pricing of the existing channel and packaging in existing bouquets.

UTV HD can easily b rebranded to Star Gold 2 with bouquet, pricing remaining like now...anyways UTV HD has been turned into a boring channel with low budget dubbed films airing all days
