But why no update from DPOs yet? They must notify users.. most bouquets won't work frm 1st. All are waiting for court order. If court don't stay, then everyone will rush in last moment and TRAI will be blamed as usual.

My assumption is that if by tomorrow or on 26th Feb in any case IBF will not get any kind of stay order on 2.0 and they have to follow 2.0
