Breaking TRAI Suggestive Package of 100 SD channels from Rs.184

Just now i saw the Tamil news in Puthiya Thalaimurai channel, Tamil nadu minister Mr.Thangamani saying Tamil Nadu govt may not implement TRAI rule in TN Govt Cable.
In Andhra Pradesh.. AP State Fibernet not implementing trai rule.

I think there are different. Ap fibernet is internet based . In that service we can make calls , use internet ,and watch TV in a single broadband.
Maybe trai order not applicable for this.
In Tamilnadu Arasu network govt cable also not implementing this order.
I think only private cable/ DTH / MSO s are
"BAKARA S"

All pay channels or free channels doing there business. And earning profit .
For doing their business, first they have to reach channels to customer.
That's why channels paying some amount to cable operators / MSO s and DTH s as carrier fee. We seen earlier channels in DTH discontinued notice to channels.
That means the carrier fee / NCF charges paying responsible is only the channels. Because they are doing business.
DTH s also doing business taking some commission from channels.for up to now this process done.dths already taking amount from channels . But now why taking from us.
From now NCF taking from customer s.
This is purely corporate channels plan. There are earning crores , looting customers.

TRAI is purely in hands of corporate channels companies. This is hell. So many cable operators coming to roads. Already they are invested so much amount for digitalisation and cable s and man power.
