If you read supreme court judgement then you will see earlier max limit was RS 15 for a ch to be in bouquet. Trai has raised this to RS 19 for any chs to be in bouquet.

For other chs not in bouquet price can be anything. There is no limit

No no.

All chs should have a la carte price. Now if broadcaster want to form bouquet then they can took only those chs whose prices are less than or equal 19. For chs whose a la carte rate is higher than 19 broadcasters have to sell as a la carte only. These are premium chs

There is no restriction on pricing for channels which don’t need to be part of bouquet. The price is market driven like any other commodity.

Dishtv doesn't put Ten2hd in any bouquet.
They sell it separately so that they can charge high.
It means even after Trai rule, there is no benefit for customers...
