Try this...
Change the DNS of ur wifi/router...It may work...

I don’t know exactly what issue has happened.
everything was okay till evening 6pm. This issue happened only after that.

no use taking to CC as they just don’t know the issue and all they say is they will send a technician lol

I tried refreshing the box from user settings and reboot from device preferences in settings and reboot from switching off mains and still issue is there
