I am facing this problem for the last 15 days and cc does not have a solution. I don't find the star, Tv18, zee bouquet in my self care. I don't know what to do.

Even I am facing this problem but I found the solution to this problem.

In Airtel website, go to consumer corner and download broadcaster bouquet drp pdf file which is of around 70 pages. Then call CC and activate the package. I tried calling CC several times but they did not have any answer to my queries, luckily I got pdf file.
