So, in Sun direct DTH carefully add channel becouse after adding you don't remove it till your wallet balance is nill.

All these issue are due to their revamped app and website, Recently they have Changed price of all Packs,Old Packs are not available to Recharge,So Issue is causing for customers who are in Old Pack Price..

Well Sun Direct is cutting the cost in after services to provide services at low cost. We don't expect Tata Play level of service but at least they should design easy to use and functional website Ui. Low cost can not be the only selling point if they want to expand their business.

This box is not even available & customer care people still dont know anything about this box then how is it possibble to upgrade
I think sun direct management is still slow in the race while all other dth operatord have androod boxes

UPDATE: HD Channel addition has been fixed. However, I cannot remove any channel, HD or SD or pack.
Only cc or dealer or sunshine center can currently remove channels and packs.

I belive this box is in its initial phrases. My sunshine center distributor had received only 2 boxes to probably see dealer or customer interest.

I think this box would be a horrible failure of it not launched sooon to customers bcoz OTT platfprms and android boxes have gained so much popularity.
